Stephanie Burris is the Executive Director of The Cesta, and brings over 18 years of senior living experience to our team. Leading with a professional, personable and compassionate approach, Stephanie’s strengths lie in cultivating connections and utilizing relationships developed throughout her career, which will help to build a vibrant, multigenerational community within the Terravessa neighborhood. With her vast experience working with Life Plan Communities, Stephanie thrives on helping older adults find appropriate resources and works hard to promote quality of life for everyone she serves.

Throughout my career, I have considered it an honor to work with seniors; gaining their trust and assisting them in their journey, whatever that may be. The relationships I have been fortunate to develop over the years have given me the tools to oversee day-to-day operations as well as long-term development projects. I am thrilled to be part of The Cesta and cannot wait to see what the future holds for the Terravessa neighborhood!”

Nikki Krueger is the Director of Sales for The Cesta. She leads The Cesta team by being relatable, reliable and JUST a little bit funny. She is fully invested in being a resource to Madison area seniors. With 10+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with companies such as the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Hilton and Marriott, she believes the key to a successful community is creating relationships first. If you create a positive culture first, a great project will follow.

Nicole Rindy is the Marketing Assistant for The Cesta. She hopes to make you smile and feel welcome, whether it be at an exclusive Charter Member event or an introductory Shine & Dine. She is passionate about helping seniors make positive decisions for their future. With her dedication and creativity, she plays a key role in showcasing all the wonderful aspects of The Cesta. She is excited to be a guiding light during this pivotal time of senior’s lives.
